About us

Cuyahoga Computers was formerly the two companies Grimm Repair and MB Designs. Founded by Mark Bassett in 2006, Our company has been proudly servicing Cuyahoga County. The company has taken on various projects that include network infrastructure design, cabling and PC installation. In the past, Grimm Repair offered Dell Warranty Support for Dell Customers. 

Mark Bassett

I am a Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Administrator, A+ Certified and working towards becoming MCTS on Windows Server 2008.

I worked for technical support at National City and at Key Bank, where I solved computer and server software problems, hardware malfunctions, network topology issues and tons more. In the past I've has been employed to wire networks for small businesses. I've also designed many websites in the past. The network at Cuyahoga Computers is wired completely by me, as well as secured by a complete suite of security protocols. All of the computers have been built and configured by Cuyahoga Computers. 

I've built and configured computers for my step-son Sean, niece and nephews, Sister in law and more. All of whom enjoy them daily. Other satisfied recipients of computers built or serviced by Grimm Repair/ Cuyahoga Computers include:
